Light the candle and let burn for 5 to 15 minutes to allow enough oil to form. Once you blow out the candle, wait 5 to 30 seconds for the smoke to clear before applying onto your skin. There are many other safe ways to use, this is just one of the recommended ways

Yes. a moisturizer candle burn is affected by several factors including size and shape of vessels, wick, temperature/draft in the room etc. The key to achieving the perfect burn is to always allow your moisturizer candle to completely liquefy across the top before blowing it out to avoid tunneling. Before each burn, make sure your wick is trimmed to ¼” inch. Don’t drop debris, like matches, or wick trimmings into the wax. Don’t place your burning moisturizer candle on sensitive or uneven surfaces.

Tunneling can be caused by a few things and here are some tips to prevent and fix it:

• Let the moisturizer candle burn for several hours when first lit. This will allow the whole top layer of the moisturizer candle to melt out to the very edges. This will also form a ‘memory’ melt the next time you light the moisturizer candle.
• Never burn your moisturizer candle underneath a ceiling fan or drafty area.
• If your moisturizer candle has already tunneled, make your moisturizer candle a tin foil hat with a small hole at the top. This will allow heat to radiate down and melt the edge wax. In most cases, the wax will melt to the edges within 15-30 minutes with the foil. When removing the foil hat, remember it will be hot and may burn you.
• If you are having trouble getting the edges to melt down, you can also cut the edge areas off and melt them in a wax warmer to get most of the wax, but the above steps should fix the tunnel issue. Our moisturizer candle can also be warmed on a candle warming plate which would melt it for use of it benefit or scents uses without flame.

Currently we offer 2 sizes, Tea Light, and 4 Oz. jar. Tea Light size is intended for one time use. 4 Oz. jar is intended for repeated and should last approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the frequency of use and size of area applied.

Yes. Being that our moisturizer products contain soy and have scents, they have a 12-month shelf life if kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. After 12 months, the scents in the wax will dissipate and the moisturizer may no longer have its full benefit of vitamins.

Our moisturizers contain ingredients such as soy wax, essential oil which can tarnish certain surfaces if not wiped away quickly. Please make sure that your moisturizer does not come into prolonged contact with surrounding areas such as painted surfaces, plastic, leather, fabric, wood, and all other materials. Clean up spills quickly to prevent damage.

Regardless of what some manufacturers may claim, no wax can be certified organic. The solvents used in the hydrogenation process of any natural wax make that physically impossible. That said, our soy waxes are food grade and made from USA grown soybeans.

Gently scrub with pumice stone to remove the thick, hard skin on your heels and then apply moisturizer candle to your dry feet. Use twice daily to achieve maximize result.

Most cases of cracked heels can be treated at home by scrubbing with pumice stone and continued application of moisturizer candle.

The most common cause is dry skin, which causes the cracks, also known as fissures, to develop.

Exfoliate a couple time a week at most. Apply Soy 68 moisturizer candle once or twice daily.
